All Sales are through our Casablanca Video Editing Experts, who have been making video for over 2 decades with our gear. They will get you into the best hardware and software for your budget and the formats you shoot in, whether they be SD, ED, HD, UHD, and 4K; as well as the formats you distribute to the Internet, Flash Drives, Discs, etc.

Once you make an order through one of our Experts, they submit a purchase order to us. We order the goods from Germany and fly them over the pond to the US via Federal Express. We have one expert here who spends 2 days setting up your turnkey Casablanca 4 System. He has been following the same detailed list for 5 years, so quality control is maintained on all systems.

If there ever is a problem, it happens during shipment and is well short of 1%. Backups are made before installing all the latest drivers, firmware, and software for the various system components. We test all the new updates to make sure they are all working properly. Then we set the system up for high performance high definition video processing. Then we import 2 to 3 hours of various formats, edit them, and export them. The various HD and SD DVD Discs we make are enclosed with all the backup system discs. We also install some free 3^rd Party SW that plays most of the video file types you may encounter.

The various formats we import are software demos we have made over our 6 years at the helm. We also pay Chet Davis, the Casablanca Expert, to provide you his online Bogart 11 and Arabesk 7 training classes. Chet has additional classes on various Casablanca Add-on software programs for which he charges a modest fee.

All our Casablanca 4 MacroSystem Turkey editors have every program installed and there are over 100 now. They are running in Demo mode unless the software was included, or part of your free SW picks. The Demo versions are the full programs, so you can try before you buy. If you export the demo work the Bogart logo will move around the screen.

Last but not least, we install Team Viewer on each system and can take control of your Casablanca 4 remotely to fix most the issues you may encounter over the years.
