MacroSystem US Return Policy
MacroSystem US is dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of service and merchandise. However, we understand that you may need to return an item to us. In such an event it is important that you adhere to the following policy to insure a refund.
Returns must be made within 15 days upon receiving merchandise.
No unauthorized returns for refund will be accepted; all returns must have an RMA number assigned to them. To receive an RMA number for a return for refund, please contact Gary McNally at 360-371-2103 or email@example.com
Returns must be received within 10 days of receiving an assigned RMA number.
For a full refund of any product, merchandise must be unopened. Any open merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To avoid additional charges all returns must include all original packing materials and box.
Refunds exclude shipping charges.
We suggest you send your return by a trackable method and that you insure your return sufficiently. MacroSystem is not responsible for any loss, damage, or freight charges of returning items.
MacroSystem is not responsible for merchandise damaged by customer misuse or failure to follow instructions specified in the owner's manual.
If product is damaged or defective upon receiving it please contact Customer Support at 360-371-2103 within 7 days.
Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be issued
Original purchaser must submit returns.
Software can not be returned, because it can not be removed from your machine. Most of our software can be tried before you buy, and this is highly recommended. When programs do not run in demo mode for free, they include extensive release notes from our beta testers. Read them carefully to make sure any problems do not apply to you, because all software sales are final.
MacroSystem reserves the right to refuse all or part of refunds if any or all of the above terms and conditions are not met. Terms and conditions subject to change without prior notice.
